RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Food:

Soda is a food and fatdane refrains from the possibility of a right of withdrawal.

There is no right of withdrawal for food purchased at fatdane shop

 

Not food:

14 days deadline

You have the right to withdraw from this agreement without giving reasons within 14 days.

The right of withdrawal expires 14 days after the day on which you or one of your specified third parties (but not the carrier) receives

• the goods in physical possession.
• the last item in physical possession, in the case of an agreement on several different items, which are ordered in one order and which are delivered individually.
• the last lot or the last part in physical possession, in the case of an agreement for the supply of a product consisting of several lots or parts.
• the first item in physical possession, in the case of agreements for the regular supply of goods over a specified period.

Exercise of the right of withdrawal

In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to cancel this agreement in an unequivocal statement per. email to hello@fatdane.dk.

Refund

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (but not additional costs due to your own choice of a form of delivery other than the cheapest form of standard delivery that we offer), without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the date on which we have received notification of your decision to cancel the agreement. We will make such a refund using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back, or you have provided proof of having returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

Return of goods etc.

If you want to return an order, send the goods to

Fatdane ApS, Carit Etlars Vej 3, 2nd floor. 1814 Frederiksberg

without undue delay and within 14 days from the date on which you informed us of the exercise of your right of withdrawal. The deadline is met if you return the goods before the end of the 14 days.

A copy of the order confirmation should be attached to the returned items.

You bear the risk of the goods from the time of delivery of the goods to you and are liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods, which is due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature of the goods, properties and the way it works.

Upon return, you are responsible for the item being packed properly. Due to their nature, certain items cannot be returned by normal mail. This applies to bottles and other contents that require proper packaging.

You must bear the direct costs of returning the item. We do not accept packages sent by post. cash on delivery.

The cost of return is expected to amount to a maximum of approx. 300 DKK, but may in special cases be higher, e.g. for particularly large return shipments and for shipments from certain foreign countries.
