Terms and conditions for trading via Fatdane webshop - shop.fatdane.dk:
These conditions apply to consumers when shopping on Fatdane ApS's webshop: shop.fatdane.dk.
Note: To be able to buy items via the Fatdane webshop, you must:
- be a consumer,
- have accepted these terms and conditions,
- provide us with your name and address (including valid delivery address), telephone number, email address, payment information and other mandatory information, and
- be the owner or authorized holder of a valid payment / credit card for the purchase of the goods.
When ordering goods via Fatdane webshop, you confirm that you do not buy goods as a trader or for resale.

You can choose to create a personal user account. You are solely responsible for keeping your username and password confidential and for restricting access to your username, password and account, and you agree to assume responsibility for all activities and purchases made on your account, unless such activities or purchases carried out by an outside third party who has gained access to your account in a way that is not due to negligence or negligence on your part.
Placing an order through our website is not a legally binding agreement. Once you have placed an order via our website, our system will automatically send you an email stating which items you have ordered. This is only an electronic receipt for receipt of your order.
You should be aware that the automatic reply (via e-mail) is not a legally binding order confirmation, whereby an agreement has been entered into. Fatdane ApS thus has the option to cancel your order due to printing errors, sold out items, technical problems, delivery failure and similar situations.
Binding order confirmation / invoice will not be sent to you until we have sent the goods that you have ordered. In this connection, you will also receive an e-mail with associated Track & Trace information.
All our prices are incl. VAT and taxes, but excl. customs and freight costs.
For all other orders, you must pay all costs for shipping of the ordered goods. These shipping costs will be added to the price stated on the Fatdane webshop product pages and will appear immediately before you place your final order.
We reserve the right to make printing and proofreading errors as well as tax and price changes.
Currency is indicated by the price.
Payment for ordered items can be made online using Visa card, Mastercard, Maestro card, Apple Pay and Mobile Pay. No fee is charged for payment on shop.fatdane.dk.
The card information is transmitted SSL-encrypted between the customer and shop.fatdane.dk. We use the payment system ePay, which is certified according to the PCI standard (see more at www.epay.dk). However, personal information (name, address, etc.) is not encrypted.
The amount will only be deducted from your card when your order is confirmed and the ordered item is shipped.

RIGHT OF COMPLAINT
There is a two-year right of complaint under the Purchase Act. For items with a limited lifespan, however, your right to make a complaint is limited to the shelf life that is usual for the item in question.
If you discover a defect or defect in a purchased item, you as a consumer must as soon as possible and within a reasonable time notify Fatdane ApS and explain what the defect or defect consists of. If you complain within two months after the defect is discovered, the complaint will always be timely.
Complaints can be made per. e-mail: email@example.com.
If the complaint is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. The item must always be sent back in proper packaging, and remember to get a receipt for shipment so we can refund your shipping costs.
A complaint about a product or service purchased from us can be submitted to the Danish Competition and Consumer Authority's Center for Complaint Resolution, Carl Jacobsens Vej 35, 2500 Valby. You can complain to the Center for Complaint Resolution via www.forbrug.dk.
The European Commission's online complaints portal can also be used to lodge a complaint. This is especially relevant if you are a consumer residing in another EU country. Complaints can be submitted here: http://ec.europa.eu/odr

CHOICE OF LAW AND JURISDICTION
These terms and conditions and your purchase of goods from shop.fatdane.dk are covered by and must be interpreted in accordance with Danish law.
Any disputes or claims that may arise in connection with these terms of trade or your purchase of goods from shop.fatdane.dk (including disputes or claims outside the contract) will have to be decided by the Danish courts as venue. This does not affect any legal right that you as a consumer may have to bring an action at your local venue.
